  All bookings are strictly subject to availability and confirmation by payment of non-refundable advance.

  All our packages are ‘group packages ‘and same services items are applicable for each person in the group.

  In case of reduction in the number of persons, the total package cost will remain the same. Minimum billing must be done as per the minimum guarantee given by the group.

  Any meal, activity or service not availed by the client will not be adjusted in the package cost.

  We entertain only those person at the campsite for whom the booking has been made. No additional persons will be entertained under any circumstances.

  We reserve the right to alter or cancel any trip depending upon the prevailing condition.

  Campsite is situated in the reserved forest area. Wild animals and insects in the vicinity. You are expected to be cautious and careful.

 Nearest market place is around 30 minutes drive away from the camp. You must carry everything that you may need during your stay at camp.

  Mobile network coverage is very weak in this area Idea have limited coverage at the campsite.

  You are on a camp and not in a hotel/resort. The whole idea of this camp is to give you an experience of camping in the outdoors, midst nature. If you are looking for excessive comforts you are at the wrong place.

  Food: We have a pretty good menu set for each day and do not accept separate orders from clients for food items.

  Timings: We take the call on timings for all the activities we offer judiciously, so that you have enough time to relax and have fun.

  Before any activity please pay attention to the safety briefing. Safety comes first in all our tasks then comes the fun.

  This is an adventure trip and not a luxury trip. Participants must be willing to rough it out.

  You must not carry any valuables/expensive items to the camp. Management will not be responsible for any loss.

  In adherence to strict safety standards, no electricity /fire related articles are permitted inside or near the tents.

  Only self-service at the camp. No room service or any kind of special considerations/ customizations

  Weather disruption may at times result in discomfort or unplanned adjustment.

  No alcohol is supplied/ provided at the campsite.

  You must refrain from drinking alcohol as it is not permitted at least 6hours prior to any adventure activity. We will, without refund, refuse intoxicated person.

  People with past history /ailment of heart, asthma, epilepsy are not recommended to register for this tour.

  Participants not comfortable in the water may be asked to walk certain rapid

  Decision of the rafting guide would be final.

  Lower age-limit for rafting trip is 14 year.

  Pets are not allowed.
